WHAT KIND OF WAX DO YOU USE?

  • We make small batch candles using high-quality Coconut Apricot Creme Wax. Our products are all natural, clean burning and biodegradable. We stand behind using renewable, vegan and non-toxic products safe for you and your pets. 

 

WHAT IS TUNNELING? WHY IS MY CANDLE TUNNELING?

  • Tunneling is a circular "tunnel" around the wick and through the core of the candle. Candles tunnel when they are burned improperly. For example, not trimming the wick 1/4" before lighting or not burning the candle for the recommended 3-4 hours. 

 

WHY IS THERE SMOKE WHEN I BURN MY CANDLE? 

  • Having an overly long candle wick can cause smoke. If too much or too little air reaches the flame this causes the chemical reaction to be off balance. To avoid this always burn your candles in well-ventilated areas, away from vents or drafts. Keep your candle away from areas with too much moving air. Also, trim your wick before each candle use. 

 

WHAT IS SOOT? WHY IS THERE SOOT ON MY CANDLE JAR?

  • Candle soot is black smoke released into the air from an unclean burning candle. That's why it's important to follow candle care instructions and trim your wick 1/4" before every lighting. Soot appears when candles are burned near air vents, open windows, fans or areas with drafts.

 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

  • Please allow 3-5 days for shipping. All tracking numbers will be included in the shipping confirmation email you receive. Please allow additional time during peak times and holidays. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • Our products are so wonderful we are sure you will fall in love. Due to increased safety measures, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. At this time, we do not offer refunds. 

 

 DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE US?  

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping outside of the US at this time.
